WE INSTALL BRADFORD WHITE WATER HEATERS

Did you know all water heaters are not created equal? Some water heaters have a different btu input than others and they have a prorated warranty. You could lose as much as 20% of the warranty for each year after the installation date. The Bradford white water heaters have a full 6-year warranty on the tank and parts and the 40-gallon gas unit is a full 40,000 btu input. (Other water heaters could have an input as low as 36,000 btu which lowers the recovery rate.)

MUNICIPAL SEWER COMPLIANCE

By now most homeowners are aware of the sewer compliance guidelines for the borough or township the home is in. We have the equipment, knowledge and expertise to pressure test and possibly isolate a failed underground lateral.
