When your plumbing does not work do these 3 simple steps before calling us.
- Identify if the leak is from a drain line or a water line, if possible.
- If it is a water leak, locate line to see if there is a shut off for just the fixture leaking and shut the water off there.
- For drain blockages, is it just one fixture blocked or is more than one fixture blocked and slow. (If more than one fixture is affected, you will have to call a drain opening company that has drain equipment.)
